    On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Sector, Procom is seeking Helpdesk Support.

    Helpdesk Support Responsibilities


    • Coordinate with own team to fulfill requests
    • Work closely with other groups within the business
    • Assist with providing core customer service support for targeted applications and system
    • Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files
    Helpdesk Support Required Skills


    • Technical proficiencies with applications/systems as we support hundreds of applications on multiple platforms.
    • Basic Understanding of Information Security.
    • Good Time Management Skills.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software


    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • Proven analytical skills
