    Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Sales Trainer is responsible for supporting the Sales Training Manager in delivering training across all Direct to Consumer and Dealer sales teams at VinFast. Responsibilities will include coordinating and developing the new hire and ad-hoc training, across the sales and retail teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
    • Support in analyzing and developing training curriculum and materials (e.g. needs analysis, learning objectives, presentation, exercises, participant guide, facilitator guide, course evaluation, job aids)
    • Train and educate DTC and Dealer sales teams from their initial hire and on a continuous, ongoing basis
    • Refine and update all courseware materials based on participant evaluations, industry or educational developments (market study data, customization requirements, and best practices) and SME feedback
    • Develop and apply knowledge of sales, learning needs and VinFast US KPIs to enable training programs to drive sales performance improvement and achieve learning objectives
    • Contribute to development and execution of Vinfast US training strategy and content for development and performance enhancement
    • Oversee class participant enrollment process and course completion records
    • Support Sales Training Manager with day to day tasks
    Position Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 4+ years in sales training and development
    • Automotive knowledge and experience a plus
    • Sales experience a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with content SMEs to discern learning priorities
    • Proficiency with MS Office focusing on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
    • High attention to detail for applying brand standards and maintaining consistency of experience within and across courses
    • 40% Travel
