    Description

    Position Title:

    Marketing/Sales Coordinator

    Function:

    Provide retailer support for Sales Team and Marketing support to the Marketing team in the development and execution of select Marketing Plan tactics. Position also supports Digital/Social team in providing customer service support and R&D/Marketing in consumer testing support.

    Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:


    • Provide retailer support management by sending new item info (images/mocks), filling out forms, managing Syndigo (enhanced content for retailers), creating/updating retailer presentations and sell sheets.


    • Organize Brand media and event management programs. Organize event calendar, acquire contracts and meetings for Brand Managers with Podcast/OTC, Events, and Print Media agencies. For print, manage PO's from Agencies and update/manage print production calendar.


    • For Events, coordinate with event director/manager on event details and contracts, send out and keep track of products, giveaways, supplies and tech (if needed). Coordinate staff for event, attend events (when necessary) and request/provide event recaps and file in SharePoint.


    • Provide major Influencer/Sponsor Management by organizing visits and managing all assets from Influencer.


    • Lead document file management by updating Marketing Calendar, Print Production Grid and SharePoint system.


    • Provide Customer Service support on Social media for Splat (@splathaircolor and @splatmexico) by responding to IG Ad comments and FB Ad/post comments


    • Provide Customer Service support on Social media for Go Gray FB account by responding to Ad/post comments.


    • Provide R&D/Marketing support by assisting Customer Service Rep (CSR) or current hair tester in taking pictures and placing them in physical binder for testing after they are printed. Create digital record of info taken from hair tester from testing form and file in SharePoint. Send out survey through email,

    after 1 week to all participants of hair testing and record the results.

    Requirements:


    • Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills


    • Experience in discretion and confidentiality when handling or exposed to sensitive information


    • Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to multitask effectively


    • Ability to manage and keep to major timeline milestones


    • Proactively seek and create solutions to challenges


    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously


    • Team player with a can-do attitude


    • Proficient in presentation programs such as Canva and PowerPoint


    • Experience in MS Office

    Education/Experience:


    • Bachelors' Degree preferred

    Language Skills:


    • Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.


    • Bilingual Spanish a plus

    Mathematical Skills:


    • Strong general mathematical skills with the ability to solve complex math problems and provide report analysis.

    Reasoning Ability:


    • Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.


    • Experience with adaptability and ability to find solutions to unanticipated challenges.


    • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams and work autonomously.


    • Strong project management, organizational and planning skills

    Physical Demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

    This position is mostly sedentary and requires repetitive hand movements, may require

    some standing, walking, bending, occasionally lifting 25-30 lbs., and filing throughout the

    workday. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to

    work in front of a computer monitor for extended periods of the day.

    Work Environment:

    This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard

    office equipment such as computers, phones, fax/ scanning machines etc.
