- Assist customers with setting service appointments, and keeping our clients informed of the status of their vehicles in for service.
- Open and close work orders promptly.
- Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information with manufacturers websites.
- Able to sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.
- 3+ years experience with heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
- Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems (e.g., ADP Dealer System).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
