    We are seeking an experienced leader to join our New Glenn team as a Senior Manager of the Enlarged Payload Fairing. This individual will report to the Director of New Glenn Stage 2 Payload Accommodations and be responsible for leading all aspects of program management, including cost, schedule, technical design, and risk management.

    The Senior Manager will work closely with internal organizations and suppliers to deliver a qualified system, ensuring that the Enlarged Payload Fairing meets or exceeds customer requirements. This position will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing complex development programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of the Enlarged Payload Fairing program, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of program objectives.
    • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the Enlarged Payload Fairing program remains on track to meet customer needs and expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex development programs, preferably in the aerospace industry.
    • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
