    Essential Functions:
    Develops and improves technical skills (i.e., preparing audits and financial statements, tax compliance, consulting etc.);
    Has a working knowledge of applicable U.S. GAAP, IRS and AICPA regulations and code of ethics;
    Develops and improves analytical and critical thinking abilities, identifies and communicates potential accounting issues and

    develops potential solutions;
    Displays enthusiasm for more advanced or technical projects and successfully prepares more challenging and complex work;
    Reviews client deliverables and work papers according to Firm standards, continually improving technical acumen;
    Completes 40 hours of continued professional education annually (regardless of certification status) and regularly reads articles,

    books and industry updates to expand professional knowledge;
    Gains a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes and business objectives and utilizes that knowledge on

    Desired Skills and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or Masters of Accounting.
    CPA or CPA eligible
    2+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
    Strong accounting and analytical skills
    Proficiency with report writing tools and spreadsheets
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines and budget constraints
    Industry experience in Real-estate, Affordable Housing or Construction is a plus
