    Job Description

    This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in one of our main offices located in Deerfield (IL), Oak Creek (WI), Maumee(OH), or North Olmsted (OH) to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.

    RESPONSIBLIITIES:

  • Manage and execute processes for recurring monitoring and reporting Quality and EHSS metrics, including Cost of Quality (CoQ), Product Reviews, and Defective Returns.
  • Analyze new and existing data sources in conjunction with a working knowledge of various materials, manufacturing techniques, and engineering practices to identify and remedy in-market quality issues and business process inefficiencies.
  • Interact with Call Centers, Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to investigate customer product performance issues, develop recommendations to improve quality outcomes and business value, and drive implementation of corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyze ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data as part of on-going ESG data monitoring and as part of annual ESG Report development.
  • Serve as system administrator for EHSS management systems, which includes managing access requests, monitoring system metrics, and supporting system users with training and troubleshooting.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or the basic sciences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and operations
  • Experience applying analytics to drive results and increase value (preferably in Quality)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as QlikView, QlikSense, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
