As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced regional manager to lead our operational efforts and contribute to the overall success of our studio.
Roles + Responsibilities:
-Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the fitness studio.
-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and member experience.
Financial Management:
-Work closely with the executive team to develop and manage the studio budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
-Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Staff Management:
-Lead and mentor a team of fitness instructors, front desk staff, and other operational personnel.
-Establish and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Strategic Planning:
-Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the studio's strategic vision and growth
initiatives.
-Provide insights and recommendations for business development opportunities.
Member Experience Enhancement:
-Oversee initiatives to enhance the member experience, including customer service improvements, class schedule optimization, and facility upgrades.
-Gather member feedback and implement changes to meet and exceed member expectations.
Vendor and Partner Relations:
-Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and Risk Management:
-Ensure the studio's compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
-Implement risk management strategies and policies to safeguard the studio's assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
-3-5 years in a senior-level or high-level operations role
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness or wellness industry.
-Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
-Understanding of current trends and developments in the fitness industry.
