- Regular cleaning and maintenance of living areas
- Assisting residents with daily tasks, including laundry and personal hygiene
- Developing and implementing Individual Support Plans
- Providing support services outlined in care plans
- Managing home finances and budgeting
- Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments
- Transporting residents to activities and appointments
- Ensuring safety and wellbeing of residents
- Training and orienting staff
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in First Aid
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
