- Apply the theories and principles of science and mathematics to research and develop economical solutions to technical problems.
- Provide technical assistance in reviewing maintenance concepts, plans, and Maintenance Index Pages/Maintenance Requirements Cards.
- Prepare and participate in reviews for Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability data, metrics, and briefings. Develop and update CASREP data and prepare briefing materials for senior and Fleet representatives.
- Assist with the development of depot maintenance requirements, including planning and implementation of various recertification and refurbishment efforts.
- Requires minimum of 4 years of experience; 6 years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to obtain and retain a security clearance.
- Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required.
- Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance.
- Travel: Less than 5% expected
