    About the Role

    As a Technical Recruiter at Integer Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and attracting top talent to join our team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities, and then develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source, engage, and hire exceptional candidates. This role requires a passion for technology and national security, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. This role will be based in Columbia, SC, and the ideal candidate will be in office 3 days/week, with 2 remote work days/week.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Proactively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
    • Research and determine salary bands for open positions, factoring in location, experience level, and other applicable factors.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting plans.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
    • Manage candidate relationships and provide regular communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our recruiting processes and strategies.

    Core Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

    Additional Desired Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
    • STEM Degree
    • Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth companies.
    • Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or other firms in the AEC industry.
    • Knowledge or experience in the defense and aerospace industry.
    • Knowledge or experience implementing an applicant tracking system.
