Job Summary
St Raphael Catholic School seeks a summer camp staff member for our summer program to join our team part time available during camp hours Monday Friday for the following weeks June July The summer camp staff will be responsible for supporting program participants in collaboration with the other staff members.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with students
- Responsibilities: Develop and implement summer camp plans in collaboration with the summer camp staff members Coordinate activities for students Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant interactions and progress Collaborate with internal team members to ensure continuity of the program Stay up to date on best practices in summer camps services
