- Work in center Monday - Friday 7:45 am-4:15 pm.
- Two times per week, work in the client's home from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm (as needed).
- Client material creation and preparation.
- Directly implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games).
- Record client data into software.
- Convert appointments and write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA.
- Attend Quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities.
- Cleaning duties.
- Salary: $20-$27/hr (depending on experience).

Success On The Spectrum is a learning center for children with Autism. We assign one "teacher" (known as a behavior technician) per child. We teach the children to talk, pretend play, feed themselves, make friends, etc.We are looking for playful, high-energy staff that have a passion for helping kids learn while having fun You will lead the kids in educational activities/games and make sure all safety rules are followed. We also take our kids on field trips
SOS will give you hands-on training. We have weekly team training and quarterly in-service training days. SOS will pay for you to become a registered behavior technician, and obtain a CPR certification, and QBS Safety Care Certification.
