    Description
    Job Title - Physician- OB/GYN

    Location- Enumclaw, WA 98022

    Shift- 8 hours days

    Requirements-
    Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN - REQUIRED
    WA License - REQUIRED - Will consider IMLC if in HAND (LOQ must be uploaded or submission will be rejected)
    BLS, ACLS and DEA - REQUIRED


    Details:

    Average worked Callback Hours:
    weekday - 3-4h, weekend - 1-2h; weekday less than 50% weekday, weekends and ER.

    Setting:
    Critical Access Hospital and Clinic

    Duties:
    OB/GYN clinic care, OB and GYN call coverage through L&D Unit and ED.


    Required Procedures:
    C-Section, Ectopic


    EMR:
    Epic

    Support Staff:
    MA or LPN in clinic. L&D RNs at hospital


    Job Types:
    Full-time, Contract


    Pay:
    $220.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
