    The Opportunity

    Reporting directly to the SVP & CMO of Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) business, this executive will be responsible for leading marketing for the Digital Experience business in the Americas. This executive will lead a team, and work closely with a cross-functional team across Global Marketing, Worldwide Field Operations, and the DX Product Marketing to develop marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with Adobe's overall go-to–market and revenue goals.

    This executive will lead the execution and measurement of digital and field marketing programs in partnership with functional teams within the Global Centers of Excellence (AR, PR, Social, Campaign/Content, Business Development) and the Regional counterparts (in EMEA, APAC and Japan) with an emphasis on account-based marketing and demand generation.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead a team of 100+ across America's demand generation, field marketing, account-based marketing, executive marketing, and partner marketing for all GTM efforts for the DX business.
    • Spearhead innovative marketing and passionate evangelism that is grounded in a compelling vision, clearly defined priorities, and measurable business results that are aligned with Adobe's strategy.
    • Own all execution/operational results in the Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America) in addition to collaborating across global enterprise marketing functions. Leverage thought leadership to establish Adobe as the Leader in Digital Experiences & key industry categories, including Content, Data, and GenAI.
    • Partner with finance to define and track data and insights around acquisition and customer retention, consistently balancing both short and long-term results.
    • Build strong cross-functional alignment to drive strategies and success with field sales, customer success, services, and product marketing teams.
    • Provide ongoing guidance and programmatic support to regional marketing organizations to drive growth.
    • Showcase for "Adobe on Adobe" – act as customer zero for Adobe's best-in-class products and provide feedback to product development teams.
    • Inspire, empower, and develop a hard-working team; optimize organizational structure and staff as required.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Experience leading global teams in a matrixed environment with a data-driven approach.
    • Extensive leadership experience in enterprise technology and cloud-centric industries; scale and sophistication of a large global business.
    • A track record of success as an innovator and marketing strategist with 15 or more years of diverse experience in the technology industry.
    • Demonstrated experience leading and growing a successful SaaS marketing organization of large scope, global reach, and complexity.
    • Confirmed experience driving marketing strategy and programs (thought leadership, demand generation) at scale.
    • Depth of knowledge and experience effectively crafting and running demand generation strategies, working closely with Sales and Product Marketing leadership.
    • Steadfast focus on the customer experience.
    • Deep understanding of marketing's role in delivering time-to-value as well as topline revenue.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $181,900 -- $455,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
