    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    POSITION TITLE: Member Experience Specialist (MES)

    FLSA STATUS : Hourly

    COMPENSATION: Base rate of $11.30 per hour, plus $2 - $4 commission eligibility for memberships and personal training sales

    PURPOSE

    The Member Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include creating personal connections, resolving issues promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and promoting memberships and upgrades.

    DELIVERABLES

    • Demonstrate a friendly and genuine attitude towards Guests and Members
    • Welcome guests and members warmly and provide necessary information
    • Understand membership details, pricing, amenities, and class offerings
    • Conduct club tours, sell memberships, assist with upgrades, and schedule personal training sessions
    • Seek continuous improvement by sharing feedback and collaborating with the team
    • Adhere to operational standards, including check-in procedures, cleaning tasks, restocking, and sales processes
