The successful candidate will be passionate about and highly capable of delivering courses and laboratories, including Chemistry 1, Chemistry 2, and supporting first-year program activities.At Florida Polytechnic University, the chemistry courses are under the Department of Environmental Engineering and serve students in all undergraduate programs, including engineering, mathematics, physics, and computer science majors. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching in the classroom as well as in the laboratory. They should have a strong interest in academic success of first-year undergraduate students and collaborating with others supporting university initiatives to prepare students for our STEM degrees.
