Know and understand the Ham Cook GuidelinesKnow and understand the Water/Product Temperature RequirementsKnow and understand the HACCP Pre-Shipment RequirementsKnow and understand the Cook Tank Monitoring RequirementsKnow and understand the Cook Tank Probe CalibrationKnow and understand the Process Deviation/ Critical Incident Reporting Must work as a team player, ensuring product specifications are attained in a safe and efficient manner and communicate well with other team membersAssist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/ManagerMust follow company's GMP's, SOP's, Plant Rules and PoliciesMust be able to follow written and oral instructionsStrives to satisfy the requirements of internal and external customersResponsible for keeping work area cleanOther duties may be assignedQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceRead and understand cook & busl charts and thermometerMust have basic computer skills and be able to navigate softwareMust have the ability to produce error free operational documentationLocation:Petersburg, VA
