    Description

    Paraplanner

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented paraplanner to join a growing private wealth management team. The paraplanner will work closely with financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, asset allocation analyses, and other documents to support financial advisors
    • Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork
    • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork
    • Assist with compiling profiles of prospective clients
    • Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
    • 1+ years experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
    • Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
    • Strong organizational, time management and follow up skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Series 7 and 66 licenses a plus
