- The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a link between providers and various community agencies, including school professionals, care centers, social agencies, and specialty providers.
- Compose necessary medical letters and documentation for patients, schools, and insurance approvals.
- Track and document various logs and compliance activities for clinical staff.
- Facilitate medical transportation and necessary paperwork for patients.
- Collaborate with different entities to maintain documentation for sexual assault victims treated by the practice providers.
- Coordinate staff hiring and orientation, and provide relief nursing support as required.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong organizational skills, handling multiple tasks and parent requests efficiently.
- Assist in Time & Attendance as a Backup Timekeeper.
