    Lead React Developer
    Palo Alto - CA (Day 1 Onsite)
    Contract

    Summary :
    • Must have 12+ years prior related experience in developing web applications with Reactjs, Redux, React Hooks and other related React framework
      • Good analytical skills with demonstrated experience in developing web applications using front end technologies, and related testing tools/methodologies.
      • Demonstrated experience in requirement analysis and application design.
      • Testing tools for Javascript, Unit-Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Test Driven Coding practice
      • Experience in unit testing code with JEST / enzyme / Jasmine / Mocha / Chai is desired
      • Experience with Agile practice, daily Stand-Up/Scrum and accountability to the software development team
      • Developed applications with good usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, web security (XSRF, cross-site scripting defense), accessibility, Markup standards, Last mile performance (minify, closure tools, sprites) and HTML document architecture.
      • Hands-on knowledge on Webpack 5.0, Micro-frontend concepts
      • Hands-on experience of managing and performance optimization of any web application
      • Able to design end-to-end architecture for enterprise level of web applications
      • Able to deploy web application on Cloud using CI/CD pipeline
      • Able to coordinate with business and product owners for all business requirements and propose viable solutions as per current architecture
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Collaborate within teams to design scalable and efficient solutions.
      • Work with product owners and stakeholders to implement business requirements. Should have good understanding of agile scrum and ceremonies.
      • Should have very good communication skill and should be able to assess and analyze work with client independently
      • Experience in developing enterprise level responsive web pages or applications
      • Experience in implementing web accessibility using ARIA techniques
      • Experience in LESS / SASS CSS pre-processors
