    Summary:
    EmBe is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Graphic Design and Digital
    Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. We are looking for someone who thrives in

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure EmBe brand, mission and vision are reflected in all interactions while modeling
    and reinforcing our Curiosity, Authenticity, Leadership, and Connection values. Mentor
    the attitude of honesty and mutual respect, along with strong leadership skills.

    • Establish consistent, clear, positive, and proactive design concepts with internal and
    external stakeholders while monitoring the organization-wide use of brand standards
    throughout all projects and requests.

    • Prioritize marketing requests to ensure staff and budgetary resources are aligned with
    organizational strategy. Also, maintain a marketing calendar to confirm that all projects
    are completed on time. Conceptualize and deliver all internal and external marketing
    materials promoting the EmBe brand, programs, and services.

    • Develop marketing goals and oversee outcomes, utilizing data and mission as the drivers
    for daily work.

    • Measure and manage all marketing campaigns to track their success and effectiveness
    and adjust based on response. Monitor, record, and assess the performance of social
    media campaigns, comparing against defined goals and key performance indicators.
    Report results and recommended actions to key stakeholders.

    • Capture quality photos to implement into EmBe marketing materials and our overall
    brand portfolio. Assist with the production of short-form videos and collaborate with
    videographers as needed.

    • Partner with the Development department for event design, promotion, production, and
    communication, including event campaign strategy and implementation to support key
    development activities.

    • Design, develop, and schedule email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact
    and DonorView to engage with internal and external stakeholders, donors, program
    participants and others.

    • Manage and develop website content. Interpret analytics to strengthen traffic. Maintain
    appropriate security and troubleshoot any issues.

    • Support program leaders with EmBe branded materials, including items like table
    throws, signage, merchandise, and supplies for community events. Uploading details
    leading up to an event into community calendars.

    • All other duties as assigned.

    excellent collaboration and detail management, with proactive follow-through and the ability to
    manage multiple projects simultaneously. Actively manage and prioritize daily work,
    communicating closely with program leaders and EmBe stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a
    related field. Applicants must be prepared to provide recent graphic design samples, as
    well as photo and video samples, and demonstrate effective strategic planning.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of digital communication management, SEO, Adobe Creative
    Suite, Canva, Constant Contact and related web applications. Instituting a vast
    knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising management platforms,
    including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and others.

    • Strong organizational skills, including planning, delegating, program development, and
    the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Utilize a project management software system to manage tasks and marketing requests.
    Knowledge of Asana project management software is a bonus.

    • Video and photography skills are required. Skills in editing and providing creative
    direction.

    • Contribution to an atmosphere of team building and mutual respect. Demonstrate the
    ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

    • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to understand, manage and utilize a contact database.
    • Proven project and budget management.
    • Broad understanding of targeting and channels, applying knowledge to inform, inspire
    and engage the vast range of EmBe audiences.

    • Dedication to continual learning, staying informed of community trends and functional
    advances in marketing and digital media.

    • Knowledge of website design and maintenance.
    • Ability to appeal to and communicate with diverse individuals and organizations.
    • No substantiated history of child abuse or neglect.
    • No staff member or volunteer will have a felony conviction on record within the past five
    years.

    • No staff member's name will appear on the sex offenders' registry.
