- Use software and tools to generate engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Under supervision applies functional specifications and uses engineering tools to design hardware for product changes and new development.
- Assists in preparing component specifications following work processes to document designs and prepare materials for design reviews.
- Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems by research programs while applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and materials.
- Design mechanical and electromechanical systems and products.
- Evaluate the budget of engineering plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as well as other departments.
- Perform experiments and validation of designs.
- Provide training and guidance for technicians. Help answer questions and requests.
- This position aims to maintain and improve our systems and accessories' structural design.
