    The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the transition from manual‑assisted forecasting to a fully automated, demand generation platform.
    • Partner directly with product managers and engineering executives across Google's product areas and Global Infrastructure to align capacity with product roadmaps.
    • Own the long‑term goal for big data pipelines and statistical modeling systems that decide where billions of dollars in infrastructure investment are placed.
    • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of high‑velocity execution and technical excellence.
    • Bridge the gap between software requirements and physical hardware deployments, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
