- Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs from K12th grade.
- Create and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) customized to each student's unique strengths and challenges.
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to establish inclusive learning environments that promote student success.
- Implement evidencebased teaching strategies and adjustments to meet students' individual requirements.
- Track student progress and modify teaching techniques as needed to ensure academic development.
- Maintain precise and current documentation following state and federal guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in Special Education (Preferably New Hampshire certification).
- Experience in working with students with disabilities across different grade levels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving abilities.
- Capability to adjust teaching methods for both onsite and virtual classes.
