Microsoft System Analyst (Intermediate)

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft System Analyst who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure, with a primary focus on Active Directory and related services.

The Microsoft System Analyst will leverage technical skills, process knowledge, and collaborative spirit to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments.
3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
Extensive experience (5+ years) supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
Working knowledge of Domain Name System (DNS) and Windows Internet Name Service (WINS).

Proven experience working on large projects in Active Directory or ADFS engineering roles, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical initiatives effectively.

Proficiency in ITIL processes, including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and change controls.
Ability to adhere to documented procedures within the technical domain.
Ability to work off-hour shifts during change windows, including nights and weekends.
