- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a technology role or related field.
- Experience in establishing and documenting product roadmaps, backlogs, and team priorities.
- Experience working with derivatives and complex financial instruments.
- Experience in a financial technology environment, supporting Portfolio Management, Trading, or Quantitative Research tools.
- Experience with managed accounts is highly desirable.
- A CFA or progress towards one is highly desirable.
- You have a strong focus on execution and identifying, communicating, and eliminating obstacles to progress for your teams.

The Role
As the Squad Leader for Options Overlay Technology, you will be in charge of the technology products supporting a new strategic business that helps clients manage downside risk of their managed accounts. You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Quantitative Analysts, and Investment Service teams to develop a new, stand-alone platform set to launch soon. This is a rare chance to provide a customer-focused MVP solution and help Fidelity compete in a fresh market.
You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” work is to be done through continuous planning and prioritization of a product backlog. You will collaborate directly with a team of technology professionals, enabling them to work iteratively, innovate through testing and experimentation, and learn from mistakes while celebrating achievements. You are devoted to enhancing your expertise and knowledge to bring the latest thinking to your position.

You collaborate with the FAMS Investment Product Area Leader, other Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leaders aligned with your squad.
