Anderkin Remodeling is a reputable and fast-growing home remodeling company specializing in transforming kitchens and bathrooms into stunning spaces for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team, who will be responsible for managing and overseeing various Kitchen and Bathroom projects as well as training and supervising less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Independently manage Kitchen and Bath remodeling projects from client vision to final payment
• Team Supervision: Supervise and train less experienced team members, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and objectives
• Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and meet the standards of Anderkin Remodeling
• Communication: Communicate regularly with the owner, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues
• Project Timelines: Maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed within budget for labor and materials

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the home remodeling industry, with expertise in completing tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, and tile installation
• Carpentry Skills: Strong experience with finish carpentry
• Leadership: Track record of independently managing and successfully completing remodeling projects
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others effectively

Compensation:

Our compensation package is based on actual job experience, offering a competitive salary and benefits. We estimate the salary to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
