    Job Description Requisition Title: Charging Customer Experience Specialist at Percepta About the Role: As a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) at Percepta, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating amazing customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing: - Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our high-quality automotive products and services - Serve as a single point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues - Engage with customers through phone, email, and other channels to provide product information - Assist customers with vehicle specifications, dealer information, and service support - Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently - Resolve customer concerns using available resources and customer satisfaction tools - Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and improve performance - Manage cases from initial concern to resolution within specified timelines What You Bring to the Role: Education: - High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred Experience: - 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, hospitality, or PR/Sales - Previous experience in a luxury field is a plus Skills: - Strong communication and listening skills - Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities - Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in MS Office and technology for issue resolution - Typing Skills (minimum 30wpm) What You Can Expect: - Pay rate of $20 per hour - Comprehensive benefits package including Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance - 401(k) with company match and Paid Time Off - Employee development programs and rewards About the Company: Percepta is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing a positive work environment and opportunities for growth.
