a Sacramento based IT consulting company is looking for a
Senior System Analyst (Performance Tester)
to conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability
using Micro focus Load Runner
across enterprise wide applications. The candidate should have experience in analyzing the non-functional requirements from business, analyze the critical business scenarios, and
develop automated scripts using VuGen .
Must have experience with LoadRunner VuGen
MUST have experience with performance testing on systems that involve HL7 message exchanges
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology and a minimum of three (3) years of experience for each of the following:1.

Using industry leading test tools (e.g.
LoadRunner, JMeter, WebLoad
etc.) to create performance test scenarios and scripts.
3.
Experience in testing test environments like Quality Assurance (QA), Stage and creation of test data for test execution.
4.
Evaluate performance test requirements to set up the scenarios on controller with the correct load for performance testing.
5.
Using
Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps Server, Azure Test Plans , or similar tools.
6.
Experience in developing customized code for optimizing and enhancing
VuGen
scripts.
7.
Develop automated scripts in
VuGen
for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML) Citrix etc.
8.
Executing functional, integration, interface testing involving
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
using
HL7
and performance testing, and reporting on test results.
9.
Provide mentoring and training to staff in the areas of application analysis, test case development, test execution, troubleshooting, and test documentation.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Science field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
1.
Additional years with mandatory qualifications.
2.
Experience providing training and mentoring to people with various skill levels.
3.
Experience with
Electronic Health Care Record Systems.
4.
Experience with organizational change management.
