    Full-Time and At-WillReports to: Sr Construction Manager/Sr Project Manager or Construction Manager/Project ManagerJob SummaryProvides construction related technical and administrative services on designated projects so that goals and objectives of project are accomplished.

    Essential FunctionsAbility to work in a field office settingUnderstand and communicate technical and non-technical concepts effectively, both orally and in writing.

    Prepare clear and concise correspondence and other written materialsEnter confined spacesWalk, stand, crawl, climb and stoop for extended periods of time on jobsitesPosition will require work outside of normal workhours to meet project requirements, contractors schedule and company responsibilitiesPossessing an unsuspended and unrestricted drivers license may be a condition of employment dependent upon work requirementsOther FunctionsResponsibilities including but not limited to:

    Provide technical support for any construction related mattersObserve construction activities at project siteProcess project communications between contractor, client and designer including requests for information, submittals, design clarifications and change order requestMaintain online project files and document trackingMay prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for change ordersMay be responsible for review of the contractors baseline and monthly update schedulesMaintain as-builtsAssist with interpretation of project plans and specificationsAssist with the preparation of claims and claim evaluation to determine meritPosition will periodically require travel between project sites; it is the individuals responsibly to provide their own transportation for such purposes, requiring an unsuspended and unrestricted drivers license.

    Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceMust have graduated with an engineering, construction management or architecture degreeMust be able to speak fluent English as well as write grammatically correct EnglishThis position requires a working knowledge of Office 365Knowledge of ProCore or similar construction management software and Primavera P6 scheduling software is desirableOperates under close supervision with detailed instruction on all tasksFollows established procedures on routine tasksMakes decisions based on instruction givenAbility to make intelligent decisions while working under pressure and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delaysAccountabilityOperates under close supervision with detailed instruction on all tasksFollows established procedures on routine tasksMakes decisions based on instruction given.

    Physical DemandsMust be able to traverse all areas of jobsite in all types of weather.


    This may include:

    walking, standing, climbing, crawling, reaching, bending and stooping for extended periods, to inspect work in progress and upon completion.

    Must be able to occasionally lift 45 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders. Must be able to enter confined spaces, with appropriate training.
