    **Description**

    ****Essential Functions:****

    Provides Security and asset protection services and some Law Enforcement related functions. Patrols all areas of the Arizona Snowbowl Resort by vehicle and on foot. Investigates all unlawful activities. Writes and files investigative reports. Maintains numerous daily records and logs. Works with Law Enforcement agencies, both Federal and State in the filing of reports, conducting investigations and locating suspects. Offers aid to stranded motorists. Directs and assists guests in a polite and professional manner. Performs traffic control functions. May respond and investigate traffic accidents inside the ski area and on Snowbowl Road. May perform basic First Aid and CPR functions until arrival of medical responders. Identifies and addresses Public Safety issues daily. Works in a support role and assists all other resort departments as required. Must comply with company policies and procedures. Works variable shifts which change frequently based on activity, functions and demand. Hours may end very late or start very early. Perform any other duty as assigned.

    Ability to communicate with other employees at every level of the organization.

    Ability to juggle multiple priorities.

    Must possess a commitment to company values and providing high-quality customer service.

    Ability to use email, and MS Word.

    Must have strong written communication skills.

    ****Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements:****

    Must have a High School or G.E.D. Diploma as minimum. Must have or be able to obtain an Arizona Drivers license. Must provide a 3 year driving record and pass a Criminal Background check.

    Must have or be able to obtain Basic First Aid and CPR certification.

    ****Experience Requirements:****

    Must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience with demonstrated competence.

    Prior Law Enforcement or Security Officer experience a plus.

    ****Physical Requirements:****

    Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted

    Must have the physical ability walk up and down steep grades at 8,500 to 11,500 feet in elevation, in all weather conditions.

    Must be able to shovel snow (bending, twisting) and stand for long periods of time.
