Job summary
The primary focus of this position will be to help our Instructors teach Snapology programs.This role requires internal collaboration and communication with Snapology Instructors & leadership as well as representing the Snapology organization to parents & children with a high degree of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist Snapology Instructors as they lead groups of up to 24 students through curriculum-guided activities;
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of Snapology;
- Aid in Management of student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures;
- Criminal and Child Clearances must be current, or must be willing to obtain the required clearances/background check. Desire to work with children Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
