    Description

    This role prepares and submits documentation required by federal, state, and local regulations relating to research conduct. It involves preparing IRB submissions, FDA-required forms, and other documents to ensure human subject protection and regulatory compliance. The incumbent leads research assistants and provides on-the-job training, sets priorities, and schedules workflow to support project objectives. This role requires the use of judgment and independent interpretation of relevant laws and regulations.

    • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, pharmacy, or related field, or significant experience in research coordination or regulatory work.
    • 2 years of experience in healthcare, research, or clinical settings with regulatory compliance familiarity.
    • Senior Clinical Research Analyst:
    • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of education or experience in clinical research and regulatory affairs.
    • 5 years of experience in healthcare, research, or clinical settings.
