    The Campus Recruiter will assist the Campus Recruiting Manager with the development and execution of on-campus recruitment strategies for internships and full- time entry level positions across the Development, Investment Management, and Construction departments. This includes building relationships with university students and personnel, attending university events, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

    Direct Reports: N/A

    Travel: 50% during recruitment season (August-October and January-March)

    Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the role's responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
    • Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and fulltime entry-level roles across respective departments including opening job requisitions, determining sourcing strategies, screening resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, scheduling additional interviews, tracking interview feedback, dispositioning candidates, and assisting with candidate offers.
    • Partner with Campus Recruiting Manager and Stakeholders to assess hiring needs.
    • Continue to develop, implement and execute a campus recruitment strategy for assigned lines of business.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with target universities, career services, faculty, and student organizations.
    • Coordinate and participate in on-campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, lunch and learns, tabling events, etc.
    • Promote Landmark's attendance at upcoming recruitment events and engage with students before, during, and after the event.
    • Serve as Landmark's brand ambassador by educating students about the company, culture, pay and benefits, career paths, and development opportunities.
    • Assist in executing diversity recruitment initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date on early talent recruitment trends, sourcing tools, and best practices to continuously improve campus recruitment programs and strategies.
    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience in campus recruiting or full lifecycle recruitment.
    • Previous use of application tracking systems (Workday is a plus) is preferred.
    • Experience using university recruitment platforms such as Handshake and Symplicity is a plus.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
    • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide during recruitment season (August-October and January-March).
