- Conduct assessments: Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
- Develop and implement treatment plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Provide direct ABA services: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
- Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, holding a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- ABA experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
- Assessment and intervention skills: Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Collaboration and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.
