- Assist in making sure the venues in the region are tour ready by ensuring their curb appeal.
- Perform and oversee the routine maintenance and repairs, are completed in a timely manner.
- Identify, report, and correct safety hazards.
- Assist with special projects to support maintenance and operational goals
- Prioritize guest experience by delivering exceptional maintenance service and support at the venue level
- Maintain required inventory of materials.
- Work closely with the Operations Managers/Venue Directors to resolve any venue maintenance and landscaping issues.
- Efficiently schedules own time and activities with such tools as daily to-do lists, weekly schedules, and lists of items requiring attention.
- Ensure the completion of any task as assigned by the Regional Manager.
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

- Job Hours:
- Full-Time, Hourly, Mon to Fri
- Ability to work all Weekends/Nights and Holidays as needed
- Pay: $17-$20 per hour
- Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience performing maintenance tasks
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Other:
- Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must have your own vehicle and be willing to drive between different locations
