An excellent opportunity exists for licensed Nurse Practitioners to join an on-site employee private medical and wellness clinic for a major employer in the Lebanon, TN area.
This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with a predictable schedule: Monday 7a-6:30p, Tuesday 7a-6p, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 7a-4p Possible Rotating Saturdays 7a-11a - NO nights, NO on-call.

Who We Want:
Licensed Nurse Practitioners with Primary Care Experience that enjoys quality patient care.
Experience:
We?re hoping you've got 5+ years in urgent and/or primary care settings.
What You'll Be Doing (the fun stuff):
Patient assessment and diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive physical exams, take health histories, and order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests to diagnose acute and chronic illnesses.
Treatment planning:
Develop and implement treatment plans, which can include prescribing medications, providing both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
Care coordination:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, as needed, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Referrals:
Refer patients to other health professionals or specialists when necessary.
Leadership:
Serve in leadership role for the entire clinic staff, working with both the team members and GHV Administration to ensure smooth and patient centric clinic operations.
Qualifications:
Completion of a master?s or doctoral degree program in nursing from an accredited program, with advanced clinical training
Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Current, unencumbered nursing license in TN.
Clinical Competency:
Demonstrated and successful duties of Nurse Practitioner
Interpersonal skills:
Effective communication skills for patient counseling and collaboration with team.
Calmness under pressure:
The ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
BLS certification
Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred.
Proficient in EHR systems and basic computer skills
Excellent communication, organizational and people skills
Ability to work in a patient focused, collaborative environment.
DOT Certified
Pay:
