    Job Description:

    This programoffers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in theautomotive industry,
    working alongside an experiencedtechnician and gaining insight into various aspects of autobody
    repair. This will be a 30 day trial to qualify forthe 18-month Technician DevelopmentProgram.

    KeyJobResponsibilities

    • Assistin performing basic auto body repairs, including dent removal,sanding, and painting under the supervisionof
    • experiencedtechnicians.
    • Learn to use and maintain toolsand equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency in theworkplace.
    • Participate in vehicle inspectionsto identify damages and develop repairplans.
    • Collaborate with team members tocomplete repair projects within specified timelines and qualitystandards.
    • Follow all safety protocols andprocedures to maintain a clean and organized workenvironment.

    Educationand/or ExperienceRequired

    • HighSchool Diploma/GED preferred
    • Trade/Vocationalschool graduates preferred
    • Some on-the-jobexperience is preferred
    • I-CAR Gold Classpreferred

    RequiredSkills andAbilities

    • Must beat least 18 years of age
    • Must be able to liftup to 50 pounds
    • Must be able to stand for longperiods of time in the repair of a vehicle
    • Mustbe able to stoop, kneel, crouch, orcrawl
    • Requires clear closevision
    • Must be able to use hands efficiently inhandling vehicle parts.
    • Strong interest in theautomotive industry and a desire to learn and develop technicalskills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and workeffectively in a team environment
    • Basicknowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools is preferred butnot required
    • Must be at least 18 years ofage
    • Good communication skills and a positiveattitude toward learning andproblem-solving
    • Reliable transportation tocommute to theworkplace

    • Maintaina good rapport with all supervisors andco-workers
    • Comply with all Company policies andprocedures as outlined in the employeehandbook.

    • Participate in trainingprograms as required to maintain the technical and professionalskills and techniques necessary for

    • Extend normal working hours asnecessary to accommodate workload and customerrequirements.

    • Mentor agreesto accept trainee
    • Zero unplannedabsences
    • Zero Tardinessviolations
    • Has worked with selected mentor for90% or more of the 2 month time frame
    • Traineepasses final Pre-TDP assessment
    • Trainee signstraining agreement
    • Mentor signs trainingagreement
