Job summary
This position is a Pay Band C9 at the New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute. The incumbent will provide direct mental health care services navigation and treatment coordination at the Forensic Division of NMBHI.Responsibilities
- Assess patients to aid in determining strengthsweaknesses treatment needs and recommendations.
- Conducts mental health services navigation treatment coordination planning documentation using a standard format.
