The Preconstruction Manager - Raleigh - Design/Build will be responsible for:
Project Assessment:
Evaluate project feasibility and requirements.
Budget Management:
Create and manage project budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify and address potential project risks.
Foster effective communication among project stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain organized project documentation and reports.
The successful Preconstruction Manager - Raleigh - Design/Build should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
Proven experience as a Precon Manager or Estimator in commercial construction
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
