Our client, a large mid-market full-service firm is seeking a midlevel Associate in its product liability and mass torts team. This firm gives BigLaw quality work without the BigLaw hours targets.

Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive.

This law firm is particularly known for its excellent training and support from Partners and you are issued with a Partner mentor to help you transition up into Partnership, if that's your preferred career path. Associates describe the place as having a 'midwestern, friendly feel' and the firm actively encourages a healthy work/life balance.

This is a great opportunity for an associate seeking to build a successful, long-term litigation practice and looking to develop strong, client-facing relationships at this stage in their career, as well as a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment.

Big work does not necessarily mean big hours. Up to 100 hours of pro bono and 50 hours of DE&I activity can be credited toward the firm's 1,900 billable hours. We understand that associates work about ten hours a day on average, which some felt would allow them to avoid weekend work.

Candidates must have passed the bar and be in good standing in a State in the US.
