Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer/Nuxeo Developer – Enterprise Content Management (ECM), you will play a lead role in designing, building, and implementing document management solutions for business units across Fidelity.

We will work closely with business unit clients, delivery teams and other IT partners to ensure our solutions support and deliver high fidelity applications by using Fidelity's core and common document management capabilities.

We will also support Fidelity's cloud modernization journey by migrating on-prem legacy platforms to the market leading ECM platform to the cloud
Developing and extending document management features and capabilities
Solving and diagnosing issues quickly and thoroughly
Developing migration strategy and scalable solution architecture on the cloud
Leading the development and migrations team by providing technical direction and mentorship
Solving problems and challenges related to technology solutions
Collaborating across development teams, squads, and business partners
