- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across various departments, including supply, logistics, IT, and customer service.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Establish and lead execution of operations strategies including developing short and long-term plans and ensuring that proper measures are in place to track progress.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to departmental supervisors and frontline staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to support employee development.
- Leading the customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize key performance indicators to oversee the operations' team, making necessary recommendations for on-going enhancements and ensuring adequate management reporting and visual management is in place.
- Manager staffing levels and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing costs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Close collaboration with service and product management departments.
- Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining operational.
- 8+ years' experience managing middle management employees and their teams.
- 8+ years' experience in operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Applications, Salesforce, and SAP experience preferred.
- Experience working in a start-up Environment.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Effective multi-tasking and organization.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization.
- Clear communication, both written and verbal, with proper grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability partnering with all levels of an organization.
