    What we're looking for:
    • Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and clean manner
    • Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to read and execute recipes quickly and accurately
    • Enthusiastic attitude and dependability
    What you'll be doing:
    • Prepare and grill menu items according to recipe specifications
    • Follow all food safety and quality standards and ensure proper temperatures on all cooked items
    • Follow proper knife-handling procedures
    • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
    • Set up and breakdown prep stations and grills
    • Maintain a clean working environment throughout your shift
    • Maintain open communication with front-of-the-house teams to ensure fully stocked areas at all times
    • Maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu
    • Complete all required cleaning tasks throughout the day
    • Keep a professional overall presentation, by modeling friendly, respectful, and business-appropriate communication with coworkers and customers
    • Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
    • Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager
