    e&e is seeking a Product Manager for a remote contract opportunity

    The Product Manager will lead the development of the product vision and drive this process to bring the vision to life

    Responsibilities:

    • Own all aspects of the development/implementation of a systems project or program involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a computer-based system from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
    • Be the single point of contact for projects.
    • Take projects from original concept through final implementation.
    • Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
    • Define project scope and objectives.
    • Oversee all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments.
    • Plans and direct schedules as well as project budgets.
    • Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters.
    • Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
    • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
    • Conduct project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables.
    • Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
    • May provide technical/analytical guidance to project team.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in retail or ecommerce preferred.
    • Extensive exposure working with key stakeholders.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Hands on experience writing functional stories, acceptance criteria, testing and analysis.
    • Ability to follow Agile ceremonies (release planning, spring planning, and retro/reviews).
    • Experience developing metrics to measure the success of the program, its features, analyze results, and propose recommendations.
