Essential FunctionsPurchase and maintain inventory of building office supplies.Maintain building access systems database.
Handle the administration on Company Fleet Program and pool vehicles.
Oversee the administration of Company cell phone program.
Assist with building coverage and the building rules set forth by the Facilities Manager are followed.
Coordinate facilities functions in meeting and event preparation.
Maintain department calendar for upcoming meetings and events.
Enter invoices in WorkDay for processing.
Must be able to multi-task.
