    • Pay Info: $5,000 sign-on bonus

    Job Summary


    As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering compassionate daily living assistance and nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
    • Understanding and addressing the physical and psychological needs of residents as outlined in their care plans.
    • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and obtaining vital signs.
    • Facilitating safe transfers and mobility for residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.
    • Creating a positive dining experience by assisting with meals and snacks.
    • Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in condition to the charge nurse.
    • Supporting wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident participation.

    Qualifications


    We are looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
    • Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, or must be enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months.
    • Commitment to completing annual continuing education requirements.
    • Must be medically qualified to perform essential driving functions if applicable.
