    As a Business Development Representative you'll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to nurture a strong lead pipeline.
    How You'll ContributeSupport the development and execution of outreach campaigns to attract new leadsResearch target accounts and coordinate strategic engagement plansTargeted promotion of events and webinarsSupport the development of target account plans annuallySupport the development and execution of outreach campaignsSupport the development and management of drip campaignsSupport lead generation and nurturing initiatives to meet established targetsMaintain and monitor social media publishing and listeningWork within Pardot and Salesforce to execute on digital marketing campaigns as delegatedMaintain a positive, professional rapport with current and prospective clientsQualify incoming leads Use established MQL and SQL standards and make recommendations on adjustments as neededResearch incoming leads for personalized engagement & connectionsConnect SDR and or other appropriate team members to leads ready to have a conversationSchedule meetings with prospectsCollaborate with sales team to nurture and engage current and prospective clientsEnter shared leads in the appropriate Partner PortalMaintain accurate records and organized assets Ensure Salesforce data is complete in Lead objectContinually update contact records for strategic partner relationshipsSupport data clean-up and segmentation efforts in Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Account EngagementManage a list of assets for prospect nurturingManage the social media calendarCreate daily social media postsPlan social media calendar based on larger strategic initiativesPull reports and analyze data Represent the company at industry eventsYour Background Includes
    Baseline Expectation: 2-3 years or more in sales, marketing, or prospecting rolePrevious experience with social media managementProven track record with providing research and analysis for decision making Ability to work autonomously in an outcome-based work environmentCreative problem solverBe inquisitive and curious, ask lots of questions, and engage in critical thinkingStrong collaboration skills including excellent written and verbal communication, engaging in active listening, and providing feedbackConfidence with technology & online platforms, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and AsanaExcellent presentation skillsDetail-focused organizational and task management skillsStrong relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport

    Extra Credit:

    Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or HubSpot Experience with nonprofit business process or fundraisingWorking knowledge of consultative sales Digital Marketing degree, or other creative background Business Development Representative is a full-time exempt role on the Marketing & Business Development Team and reports to the Head of Marketing & Business Development.

    >$50,000 - $68,000 a year
