- Coordinates and collaborates with analysts and sustainment to directly support the validation of operation workflows, demonstration threads, and CONOPS for the SW baseline.
- Provides plans and design reviews for maintenance releases, modifications, fixes, and end-of-life replacement; HW refresh; and cyber patching
- Assists with the transition to automated tools.
- Reviews design documentation associated with sustainment and upgrade.
- Conducts trade-off studies to identify the most advantageous technical approach to resolve specific engineering change issues.
- Follows Configuration Management processes and conducts technical reviews of SW Change Requests (SCRs)
- Bachelor of Science Degree or 8 years of experience.
- 2 years' experience working hands-on systems that are comprised of virtual components within on-premises or external cloud systems.
- Knowledgeable of virtual infrastructures to include compute and storage resources, virtual machines (VMs), and basic networking
